How to Blend with minimiil
- Blend your base ingredients first (fruit, greens, oats, plant milk).
- Pour in 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil and pulse 3-5 seconds to keep the live cultures happy and the texture silky.
- Serve cool: avoid heat to preserve probiotics.
Allergen note: minimiil contains almonds.

1) Peanut Butter Power Smoothie
Creamy, nostalgic, and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 Medjool date (optional)
- 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil
How to make:
- Blend peanut butter, banana, oat milk (and date if using) until smooth.
- Add Minimiil and pulse 3-5 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy.
Tip: sub almond butter if your school is peanut-free.

2) Strawberry Milk Smoothie
A modern take on a classic pink milk.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 ripe or frozen strawberries
- ½ banana
- 40 ml almond milk
- 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil
How to make:
- Blend strawberries, banana, and almond milk until creamy.
- Add minimiil and pulse 3–5 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
Make it extra: top with a strawberry slice or a few chia seeds.

3) Apple Crush Smoothie
Mild and refreshing
Ingredients:
- The leaves of 1 mint stem
- ½ Apple, diced
- 60 ml coconut water
- 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil
How to make:
- Blend the apple, mint and cocunut water
- Add minimiil and pulse 3-5 seconds.
- Sip with a silly straw!

4) Mango Date Smoothie with minimiil
Sunny, naturally sweet, and energising.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup (about 75 g) mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil
How to make:
- Blend mango, date, almond butter, and almond milk until thick and smooth.
- Add minimiil and pulse 3-5 seconds.
- Thin with a splash more milk if desired.
Tip: a tiny pinch of cardamom = magic.

5) Banana Coco-Berry Smoothie
Tropical and mellow with a cocoa twist.
Ingredients:
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp (level) cacao/cocoa powder
- 30 ml plant milk of choice
- 1 bottle (60 ml) minimiil
How to make:
- Blend banana, coconut cream, cocoa, and plant milk until silky.
- Add minimiil and pulse 3-5 seconds.
- Serve thick in a small cup.
Optional top: coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs.
