Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt with minimiil

Cool, creamy, and bursting with berry flavor, this frozen yoghurt is ready in minutes. Blended with frozen strawberries, coconut yoghurt, and a live minimiil shot, it’s a refreshing treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

  • 350g frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving minimiil
  • 60g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Adding minimiil to frozen recipes is perfectly fine! While long-term freezing can slightly reduce live cultures, many beneficial bacteria survive short-term freezing or blending with frozen fruit. For maximum probiotic benefit, enjoy immediately after blending.
