Turmeric Golden Milk (Anti-inflammatory & kid-friendly!)

Gentle, golden, delicately spiced and naturally sweet, this turmeric latte is sunshine in a cup. It warms hands and tummies, a soothing ritual for crisp mornings or calm afternoons. Turmeric is known for curcumin, its anti-inflammatory compound, especially when paired with a pinch of black pepper (which boosts absorption). No caffeine, no refined sugar, just wholesome ingredients that support immunity!

Lait d'or au curcuma  (anti-inflammatoire et adapté aux enfants)

Ingrédients

  • 250 ml unsweetened oat milk (or any milk
    you like)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • A small pinch of ground ginger
  • The tiniest pinch of ground black pepper
    (boosts turmeric absorption)
  • ½ tsp maple syrup or honey (avoid honey
    for under-1s)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extrac

Préparation

Let's go!

Pour all the ingredients into a small saucepan and whisk to combine.

Step 1

Heat slowly

Warm gently over low–medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until hot but not boiling.

Step 2

Froth the milk

Froth with a milk frother if you have one, or whisk vigorously to create a light foam. Pour into a mug and serve warm.

Step 3

Serve it hot

Optional: dust the top with a pinch of cinnamon or a veil of turmeric.
